Plastics:
Ceridust 1041 TP Vita is an excellent dispersing agent for active substances such as pigments, fillers or additives in masterbatch applications and engineering plastics like PA, PC, polyesters and biopolymers. The micronized dispersing agent optimally coats the pigment particles due its early melting behavior and neutralizes the binding forces of pigment particles. Further Ceridust 1041 TP Vita prevents pigments from re-agglomeration, eases pigment dispersion and stabilzes the dispersion. The dispersion agent already improves the color strength of plastics parts.
Coating & Inks:
Ceridust 1041 TP Vita is easily dispersible in water and solvent-based coatings and inks and shows excellent matting, as well as slip and scratch resistance properties.
Used in wood coatings, this sustainable wax creates a smooth and pleasant soft touch surface. It can furthermore be used for excellent slip properties and good surface protection in various printing inks.
